Your mission

As an experienced project manager in clinical research, you will play a central role in the organization and implementation of global clinical studies. You will accompany the entire process, from planning to successful implementation - for drugs and medical devices of all phases. You will ensure that our projects are carried out efficiently, to a high standard and on time.
  • Leading and managing international clinical trials and taking responsibility for time, quality and budget
  • Main contact person for customers throughout the entire project
  • Leading and coordinating an international, interdisciplinary team
  • Creation and responsibility for study specific plans and documents
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs and GCP guidelines
  • Regular reporting on the progress of the study
  • Close collaboration with internal departments such as Monitoring, Medical Writing, Finance and Business Development

Your profile

  • Completed scientific studies or comparable training in the healthcare sector
  • Several years of professional experience in clinical research, in particular as a project manager (at least 3 years) in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, biotech or CRO industry
  • Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP as well as the MDR (IVDR) and CTR
  • Business fluent in German and English and very good MS Office skills
  • Experience in leading and coordinating teams as well as a solution-oriented, structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in international, interdisciplinary teams
  • Affinity for finance as well as an independent, flexible and motivated working style
