- Leading and managing international clinical trials and taking responsibility for time, quality and budget
- Main contact person for customers throughout the entire project
- Leading and coordinating an international, interdisciplinary team
- Creation and responsibility for study specific plans and documents
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs and GCP guidelines
- Regular reporting on the progress of the study
- Close collaboration with internal departments such as Monitoring, Medical Writing, Finance and Business Development

Your mission
As an experienced project manager in clinical research, you will play a central role in the organization and implementation of global clinical studies. You will accompany the entire process, from planning to successful implementation - for drugs and medical devices of all phases. You will ensure that our projects are carried out efficiently, to a high standard and on time.
Your profile
- Completed scientific studies or comparable training in the healthcare sector
- Several years of professional experience in clinical research, in particular as a project manager (at least 3 years) in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, biotech or CRO industry
- Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP as well as the MDR (IVDR) and CTR
- Business fluent in German and English and very good MS Office skills
- Experience in leading and coordinating teams as well as a solution-oriented, structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in international, interdisciplinary teams
- Affinity for finance as well as an independent, flexible and motivated working style
